1. Healthy Overnight Oats
Ingredients:
6-7 Tablespoon of oats
2 tablespoon of cocoa powder
1-2 banana
Raisin
3 Tablespoon of Peanut Butter Jam
Direction:
1. Choose your favourite cup container for your overnight oats.
2. Put 6-7 tablespoons of oat powder into the cup
3. Put 2 tablespoon of cocoa powder4. Fill in warm water into the cup and stir it well. Let it sit for few minutes.
5. Put in peanut butter jam on top of the oat
6. Slice your banana into strips and put it on top of the peanut butter jam.
7. Sprinkle some of your raisin/cranberries
8. Refrigerate overnights and it ready for the next morning.
2. Healthy Egg Sandwich
Ingredients :
- 2 Sliced Bread ( I Used The Gardenia White Bread)
- 1 Can Cili Tuna ( I Used The Less Spicy)
- 1 Egg
- Half Onion
- Few Slices Of Cucumber / Lettuce ( I Used Cucumber)
- Cooking Oil
- Salt
Directions;
1. Peel off the Onion, cut it into half, slice it and chop it. Set it aside.
2. Break an Egg on a bowl, add a pinch of Salt and stir it well. Set it aside.
3. Cut few slices of Cucumber / Lettuce (As much as you want) . Set it aside.
4. Pour little amount of Cooking Oil on a pan or wok of your choice.
5. Once the oil has been heated up pour the Egg onto the pan / wok and stir it well and make it a scramble egg.
6. Once the egg has been cooked well set it aside. Add on cooking oil if needed but not a lot more as the Tuna contains oil as well.
7. Put on the Onion and stir it till it becomes golden brown colour. Once the onion has been cooked to golden brown colour you can now add the amount of Cili Tuna onto the pan / wok.
8. Stir it evenly for about an minute. Once done stirring you can now add the Scramble Egg onto the wok / pan and mix it all together for about an minute.
9. Set the Cili Tuna + Egg aside. Place 2 Slice of bread and spread the cili tuna evenly according to the amount you would like to have on your portion. Add the Cucumber / Lettuce.
10. Cut into half and the Spicy Cili Tuna Egg Sandwich is ready to be eaten.

3. Fruit Salad
Choose whichever fruit you like! For this one particular recipes I choose:
Banana
Green Grapes
Purple Grapes
Apple
Honey
Lemon juice
Direction:
1. Slice your bananas and cut into cube or dice shape for apples and grapes. Put into a bowl.
2. Put 4 tablespoon of honey.
3. Squeeze some lemon juice out and pour it onto the bowl.
4. Mix everything together and put it into your favorite container/tupperware.
5. Refrigerate of freeze it and take out whenever you want to eat it.
